Admin Clerk Postbank
FCS Head Office – Midrand
Reporting to the – Internal reconciliation manager
The above position is vacant at FCS Head office, reporting to the Internal reconciliation manager. The overall purpose of this position is administrative duties on the Postbank (SASSA Grants) contract.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12, Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer literate. Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Key Performance Areas:
- Compile packing schedules and coordination.
- Compile reconciliations. Gathering, checking, and storing control sheets.
- Liaising with branches on discrepancies.
- Capturing packing schedules on iCash.
- Escalating discrepancies.
- Reschedules and emergency planning. There is an after-hour component to this.
- Query resolution.
- Assist the internal reconciliation manager with general administrative tasks.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
