Purpose of Job
To manage the customer demand fulfilment process at Secunda Lubricants depot from order creation to delivery, Bulk product level monitoring, customer order scheduling and administration of relevant documentation. Management of product quality and accuracy.
Key Accountabilities
Bulk product orders (Stakeholders) – Manage the on time and accurate execution of all orders, planning and scheduling for delivery (manual interface between SAP PS1 and SAP PS7).
Packed product orders (Stakeholders and customers) – Manage the on time and accurate execution of all orders and scheduling for delivery (manual interface between SAP PS1, SAP PS7 and Sasol Logistics Command Centre / LC4).
Manage customer back orders, product shortfall and fulfilment.
Manage bulk stock levels and expedite demand requirements to Demand Replenishment Planning and Blending facility.
Manage packed product stock levels through inter depot stock transfers and procurement requirements.
Manage weekly physical product quality inspections.
Manage stock accuracy through regular stock counts and bulk product tank dipping, associated with weekly (manual) and monthly stock reconciliations (SAP PS7 processing).
Process all product receipts on SAP PS7.
Manage submission of all signed POD’s to Transport admin.
Manage ISO 9001 compliance requirements with regards to customer order execution and product quality.
Manage NERSA compliance and reporting.

Maths – Requirement
English – Proficient
Diploma in Supply Chain will be an advantage
Min Experience
3 years plus experience in administrative and customer centricity, stock management and Microsoft Office 365. Microsoft Excel experience is critical (intermediate to advance).

Purpose of Job
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of the Sasol Club kitchen, catering services and beverage. This includes supervision of kitchen staff, Barman, planning and execution of menus, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, and ensuring excellent service delivery for members, guests, and VIP/VVIP events.
The role also requires strong coordination with suppliers, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless hospitality operations.
Key Accountabilities
• Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen, barman and catering staff to ensure effective team performance and service delivery.
• Maintain high levels of staff morale, motivation, and productivity.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure consistency and quality.
• Implement and monitor hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Develop and plan menus that align with member preferences, event requirements, and budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure creativity and innovation in menu offerings, maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage inventory, control stock levels, and ensure proper ordering, storage, and rotation of supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and negotiate cost-effective purchasing agreements.

Formal Education
A relevant culinary qualification, tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Management or Service Operations
Working Experience
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a hospitality, conferencing, or events service environment.
• Proven experience supervising teams and managing service delivery.
• Familiarity with VIP event protocol and high-level client engagement.
Other Requirement
Valid Driver’s Licence (travel between sites required).
