Conduct maintenance and repairs to upgrade station buildings and houses.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Recognized Bricklaying Trade Test Certificate
Completed a recognized Bricklaying Apprenticeship
5 years’ relevant experience in bricklaying and civil construction
Valid driver’s license
Primary Duties
Maintenance, modification, alterations to be on time and attentive – conduct brickwork, plastering, tiling, concrete work to all buildings and houses and concrete valve chambers
Administration work – complete requisitions, defects, gate passes and time sheets
Civil Construction – erect new buildings according to plan
