Main Job Purpose:To provide efficient and quality data capturing services to the PWID team.
Role Deliverables
Key Performance AreasTasks and Activities
Data CapturingDaily data capturing of information acquired from the sitesEnsure that data captured is stored in the prescribed manner and backed up on a regular basisAccurately enter M&E data in a timely mannerCarry out data quality assessments and audits with close guidance from the M&E OfficerFiling and administrative duties to performed dailyReport any adverse data recording
 Data Quality ImprovementsEnsure that the information is credible and that there are no duplicationsEnsure confidentiality of patient files and information
 ReportingProvide updates and training on data capturing systemsAssist in testing data capturing systemsReport problems relating to data collection to line manager as and when they occurCompile and send reports as and when required to the line manager and programme team
Organisational ResponsibilitiesAssist with administrative tasks including printing, filing, additional data checks,Attend meetings, briefings, debriefing, staff meetings and other as directed to do so on a regularRepresent the organisation with pride and ensure you adhere to the ethos andRepresent the organisation on behalf of the programmeAssist with field work and training of peers on data issuesPerform any other additional duties assigned by the management team
Role RequirementsQualifications and ExperienceGrade 12Tertiary qualifications an added advantageData capturing competency through experience or training Ability to worl‹ under pressure and meet dead|inesFast and accurate data capturing sl‹iIIsExcellent administrative and organizational skillsGood facilitation and communication skillsAbility to communicate in English and any of the provincial languagesComputer literate
