About the Position
SARS is making an exciting opportunity available for a skilled, experienced and results driven Administrator with sound judgement, strong business acumen and who ideally displays an ability to operate under limited supervision. The Administrator is expected to contribute towards our higher purpose and service orientation by working with data and reports. Finally, s/he will function within a team of like-minded individuals focussing on selected projects intended to not only assist in reducing the tax gap but also in supporting governments tax compliance strategy.
Job Purpose
To ensure completeness of the C&E Operations related documents, information, financial and other transactions, systematically control and coordinate the distribution thereof, resolve and facilitate resolution of all related queries, in order to ensure a professional customer service and integrity with regards to Customs Operations processes in accordance with all legislative requirements.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Higher Certificate (NQF 5) in Finance, Accounting and Data Management AND 2 years’ experience in reporting, business writing and administration.
OR
Senior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 3 years’ experience in reporting, business writing and administration.
