Position Overview
The Learnership Programme focuses on Value Added Product Claims, where participants will learn
to assess and process claims accurately while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle telephonic and email queries professionally.
Ensure customer experience excellence and embed Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
Claims Processing:
Capture and validate claim details.
Verify policy status and payments.
Attach required supporting documents to the system.
Process payments and refunds as needed.
Query Management:
Resolve queries from policyholders, suppliers, and stakeholders.
System Updates:
Record all interactions on the claims system.
Update client policy information.
Correspondence:
Communicate claim outcomes and future requirements to clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12) – required.
Computer literacy – essential.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong customer service and administrative experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a professional, fast-paced environment.
