Ekurhuleni West TVET College (Germiston Campus) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for
the Management Assistant Trainee (NCV) Engineering post. This is an 18-month temporary
trainee opportunity aimed at providing practical administrative experience within the college
environment.

Stipend: R4 326.00 per month
Minimum Requirements:
N6 Management Assistant Certificate
Duties:
The trainee will assist with various administrative and office tasks, including:
Receiving and handling telephone calls
Rendering customer service
Processing information (memos, letters, emails, internet searches, minutes, etc.)
Filing documentation and records
Collecting and distributing post/faxes
Capturing data
Assisting with student registration
Capturing information on ITS
