KwaZulu-Natal Department of Cooperative Governance Invites Unemployed South Africans to Apply for Community Work Programme (CWP) Posts 2025

The Department of Cooperative Governance (DCoG) invites unemployed South Africans, particularly youth and residents of KwaZulu-Natal, to apply for various Community Work Programme (CWP) contract positions. These non-renewable posts are designed to support the implementation and coordination of CWP activities at provincial, district, and site levels.

Minimum Requirements (vary by position):
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required for all posts.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is an advantage (particularly in Social Sciences, Project Management, Finance, or related fields).
- Experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administration will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Valid driver’s license for certain roles.
- Strong communication, time management, planning, and organizational skills.
