Job title: Call Centre Agent x 3 (12 months Contract)

Main purpose of the job:
To perform telephonic data collection tasks from households in the Gauteng Research
Triangle (GRT-Inspired, including Hillbrow, Melusi and Atteridgeville
West.)
Location: Wits School of Public Health

Key performance areas
Administer the questionnaire telephonically and simultaneously enter information into the relevant database.
Ensure daily telephonic data collection targets are met.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Route calls to appropriate resource.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Participate in regular and ad hoc training and meetings for data collection.
Educate research participants on GRT Inspired research activities.
Conduct any other duties assigned by the line manager.
Required minimum education and training
Grade 12
Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities
Fieldwork or call centre work experience will be an advantage.
Good voice projection.
Good data capturing and typing skills.
