The Department of Transport is calling upon all citizens of KwaZulu-Natal who are unemployed to apply for this ground-breaking programme that will assist unemployed people to get drivers licenses.

Click on the Thuthuka Skills Development Programme Application Form in order to download and fill out the form.

Completed forms may be handed in at the nearest Regional Office or Cost Centre office as well as at our Head Office.
