Location:
Roodepoort Cement Operation, Roodepoort, Gauteng Province
Responsibilities:
Provide a comprehensive and professional administrative support to the office of the General Manager,
Admin Manager and other members of the plant administration.
Arranging all visits from internal and external parties to the operation, including accommodation and
meals.
Ensure that venue bookings are recorded and prepared.
Ensure that the central filing system is up-to-date for all legal & plant documents.
Handling and keeping of diary for the General Manager.
Ensure that all performance documents for the Management team are updated and recorded.
Manage all travel arrangements via the Self Booking Tool (Travel it).
Manage time and attendance tasks
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
Secretarial qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years secretarial and/or public relations experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge of SAP and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and results driven.
Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills.
