The stock clerk has to ensure that all company stock related procedures are followed. |

Checking that the correct stock is delivered daily Returning and recording incorrect deliveries or damaged stock Placing orders from suppliers Printing delivery notes 2. To manage the stock control process Managing sectional stock-takes according to schedule 3. To resolve customer complaints regarding stock Handling and processing returns for credit/refunds Processing repairs by calling suppliers, submitting the necessary paperwork and exchanging a product for a customer Recording and record-keeping of returned products and customer complaints regarding products Following up with suppliers and giving feedback to customers 4. To keep accurate record of all stock movement and stock related activities Recording, filing and retrieving stock data |

| Experience | Previous experience in similar position advantageous |
