Lending and Financing Internship x2
(Centurion)
Are you currently an unemployed graduate from designated groups? Are you seeking an opportunity to develop your potential and create a bright future in financial services through gaining workplace knowledge, skills and experience in lending and financing?
If you are you that dynamic, self-starter who is passionate about lending, financing, sales, client service and attention to detail, we have an exciting one-year Internship available at iMasFinance, commencing in April 2023. If you are successful, you will be placed at the digital contact center at our Centurion office.
Responsibilities & Learning Outcomes:
Process personal loans, and vehicle financing applications as well as other iMasFinance products
Analyze customer financial position and recommend solutions
Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability
Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships
Generate leads, convert leads, sell, and conclude sales deals
Resolve complaints received and manage customer service experience and service delivery
Establish, retain and maintain relationships with existing members, customers, stakeholders and dealerships
Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties
Handle inbound and outbound calls and email queries from members, customers and stakeholders
Adherence to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures
Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering
Minimum Requirements:
A Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Management, or related.
Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
Driver’s license is advantageous
Other Requirements:
Must be unemployed and currently not registered for any studies.
Opportunity is available to previously disadvantaged youth
Must have interest in working in financial services sales environment
Applicants must be available to start with the internship in April 2023
Must reside in the local town or surrounding areas
