Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring that the work areas including the weighbridge is always clean and hygienic
Compliance to all health and safety standards
Compliance with product quality standards and feed safety standards
Loading and sampling of trucks and meeting all daily output targets

Job Advert Summary
Epol is looking for an enthusiastic General worker that will be based in Northwest (Rustenburg) mill. This role supports production on a daily basis, one of the core functions is to ensure the following:

Maintain 5s standards in the Mill house and surrounding areas
Adhere to hygiene and safety rules and regulations
Perform ad hoc tasks as required by Mill operations and/or designated by Mill Management

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent literacy and numeric level
Basic Computer Literacy
Physically fit – able to carry 50kg bags
High level of honesty and integrity
Trouble shooting skills
Previous experience in a production environment, minimum of 3 months
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Shift work and overtime (including working on holidays)

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain 5s standards in the Mill house and surrounding areas
Adhere to hygiene and safety rules and regulations
Perform ad hoc tasks as required by Mill operations and/or designated by Mill Management
Taking samples of raw materials and final products to confirm if they conform to quality standards
Grinding raw materials as per plan
Preparation of raw materials
Disinfect the cooler crumbles sieves, elevators, and hammer mills
Maintain constant plant inspection at designated section and report deviations to the Supervisor
