QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience Grade 12
Good communication skills
Thorough understanding of the local context and attitudes towards COVID-19 vaccination. Code EC or C1 driver’s license
Proficient driver
Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
1-year experience in Social Mobilization
1 year experience transporting passengers and having a valid Code EC or C1 driver’s license Desirable Required Qualifications and Experience
Knowledge of COVID 19

KEYPERFORMANCE AREAS
Conduct community-based small group and one-on-one education sessions about COVID-19 and the Vaccine with the goal of identifying interested clients
Facilitate and participate in community events to recruit clients for COVID Vaccinations Conduct outreach activities as per schedule of events.
Distribute pamphlets and posters and arrange health workshops with community organizations
Impart accurate knowledge to patients on COVID 19 and the vaccine to help potential clients make an informed decision about getting the vaccine
Answer patient’s questions as required
Meet targets as set out by the programme/district manager
Ensure that all identified clients are transported and linked to the vaccination sites
Respect and ensure client privacy and confidentiality
Adhere to the set standards of the program
Pick up the vehicle from the parking area at the clinic/ Assist with site set-up
Drive to the point where the service will be delivered for outreach
Connect air conditioner/generator when needed
Keep accurate logbook before leaving and parking of the unit
At the end of the day assist with breaking down the site
Provide any other duties upon request that are aligned to both RTCs benefit and the benefit of the programme
