MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide office administrative and secretarial support to the Legal and Corporate Governance Unit.

  • Attend to telephonic calls, direct calls and record messages

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Matric and a Certificate in Office Administration

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2 – 3 year’s work experience in an Office Administration environment
  • Knowledge and experience of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Knowledge and experience in MS Office Package
