Job Purpose
To provide quality and accurate business administrative support services to internal and external stakeholders enabling Nedbank to achieve its business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Capturing of incoming/outward payments in Flexcube.
- Capturing of incoming/outward payments in SWIFT.
- Understand nature of transactions from an Exchange Control perspective thereby ensuring that transactions aligns with current Rules Regulations and Policy
- Attending to enquiries/queries
- EXCON ruling check/authority
- Filing
Abilities Requirements
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills and be able to converse with a wide audience.
- Experience and comprehend in interpreting Exchange Control Rules and Regulations and to apply them to transactions and situations emanating from the Internal and External customer base
- Previous working experience giving rise to an understanding of the Balance of Payment reporting system and related requirements
- Must have a high degree of self-confidence and a pleasant personality
- Customer service driven
- Must be a self-starter
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ad-hoc duties/tasks
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma/Degree: Financial Management / Business Administration / Banking
- Two (2) years banking/financial industry experience
- Experience in foreign exchange will be an added advantage
