Vacancy: Office and Call Centre Administrator
The National Arts Council of South Africa is looking to attract dynamic, passionate,
innovative, and creative self-starters with a solid understanding of the Creative
Industries Sector for the President’s Employment Stimulus Package Project.
REQUIREMENTS (full job specifications are available upon request)
Minimum requirements
- Call centre/reception service exposure
- Experience in dealing with the public
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
- At least vast command of other different South African Indigenous languages
(written and verbal) - Exposure to the fast pace and or arts sector call centre environment would be
an advantage - Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work long and late/extended hours for the duration of the project.
Minimum education requirements
- Senior National Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call centre environment
- Strong telephonic communication skills
Knowledge areas
MS Office Essential
Advanced computer literate Essential
Skills
Good multi-tasking Essential
Grant Management System (GMS) or similar system Advantage
Remuneration will be commensurate with the position. If applicants have not heard
