PURPOSE
Ensure effective administration of all HR related work and compliance with Johannesburg Water policies and conditions of service and to assist with Regional HR Administration matters as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Capture input (overtime, standby allowances, cellphone allowances acting allowance, leave etc.) on SAP within the stipulated timelines. Ensure compliance by checking all input documents submitted with JW Policies and Conditions of Service. Compile reports such as overtime and absenteeism. Attend to employee queries regarding claims and other medical aid related matters. Create personal files for all new employees. Compile clearance documents. Assist employees with sign on documentation and explaining. Develop and maintain regional HR recordkeeping system. Communicate all information to employees via the notice boards and announcements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Grade 12
- 3 years experience in HR Administration
- Computer Literate
