Duties :

  • Render quality services to patients and families by utilizing social work theory, techniques, and models. Conduct psychosocial assessment to patients and families regarding implication of illness. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. Ensure that records of social work interventions, processes and outcomes are produced and maintained as well as compile accurate statistics. Must be able to work within teams including social work teams and the multidisciplinary teams. Must be able to plan and organize own work. Participate in the Performance Management and Development System. Participate and assist with the conducting of regular audits of social work staff. Be willing to rotate within the departments.
