Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skill. Computer literate, effective team working relationship and problem solving skill. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Knowledge and understanding of Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Labour Relations. Knowledge on Food Service will be an added advantage. 

To attend to basic Human Resource matters. Supervision of staff and do staff performance appraisal. Do duty rooster and check attendance register. Ensure adherence of Departmental relevant guidelines, policies, acts and specifications. To assist with controlling of expenditure. Do any other duties related to Food Services / Dietetics as instructed by Supervisor. Ensure compliance of hygiene and safety and do works orders.  

Applications must be filled on a Z83 form (obtainable from any Public Service Department or on accompanied by a comprehensive CV highlighting or stating the requirements mentioned above; and certified copies of ID and qualifications.

Qualifications of candidates recommended for appointment will be verified. Persons in possession of foreign qualification must furnish the Department with the evaluation certificate from the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA).
