Administrative Assistant (Data Capturing) – HSET10220 – (2100002D)

Position: Administrative Assistant: Data Capturing (1 year fixed term contract)

Department: Human Settlement
Division: Support Services
Salary: R328 095,68 -inclusive annual remuneration package

Core Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare data capturing activities as required to ensure accuracy and integrity of Departmental data as well as ensuring the smooth and effective running of the Department
Ensure that data capturing activities are completed by adhering to set standards, policies and procedures of the Department and the City ensuring that completed work adheres to the government and legislative requirements
Adhere to specified standards, policies and procedures to prevent and reduce wastage on financial resources to provide administrative, financial and project related services to the Department
Adhere to the Batho Pele Principles to contribute to a culture, which builds rewarding relationship and enables exceptional customer service and ethical conduct by a good example
Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback on contracted outputs and request training where appropriate to integrate new knowledge attained through formal and informal learning opportunities and apply in the execution of your role


Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 and Administration or Computer Literacy (MS Office) Certificate or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
1 years’ experience in a similar environment
