Requirements:      LLB Degree plus Admitted to practice as an Attorney / Advocate in the High Court of South Africa. Five (5) years appropriate legal experience. Duties:                   ● Provide legal advisory services to the Department ● Management of the litigation of the Department ● Administering of access to information of the Department ● Vetting of legislation, contracts and policies of the Department ● Management of resources of the Chief Directorate.

Following the interview and technical exercise, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools.
