|Inherent Requirement Of The Job:|
|Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence.|
|Appropriate experience in rendering a support service to senior management. Appropriate LOGIS experience.|
|Computer literacy (MS Office Package). Good communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official language of the Western Cape. Good planning and organisational skills, including office management.|

|Duties (Key Result Areas/Outputs):|
|Render a secretarial support service to the Director i.e. diary management, administrative support and records management. Render administrative support services including procurement of goods and services. Provide support to the Director regarding meetings including minute taking. Support the Senior Manager with the administration of the budget. Support the Senior Manager with the administration of all Human Resource Management aspects. Render an administrative support service to staff within the Directorate.|
|Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with typing as major subject plus Secretarial Diploma or Office Management qualifications with a minimum duration of twelve (12) months.|
|R 257 508- R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).|
