|Duties (Key Result Areas/Outputs):|
|Capture issue vouchers and Log 1 forms. Prepare documents for vetting committee. Support procurement and budgeting process to maintain office equipment, stationary supplies and petty cash. Preparing payment documentation and completion of transfer payments. Keep all BAS/Logis payments up to date. Management of all debts and effective filing batch control.|
|Good communication and interpersonal skills in at least two of the three languages of the Western Cape. Practical computer literacy MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook.) Ability to work under pressure. Excellent time management and organising skills.|

|Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRAs) of the post.|

|R 173 703 – R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).|
