RECEPTIONIST – 2 positions – CRESTA HOTEL
Main purpose of the job
To ensure guests get sufficient friendly good service, to ensure billing, switchboard reservations & filling system are maintained correctly
Qualifications
Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Operations
Cambridge Certificate
Competencies
Computer literacy
Good communications skills
Positive Attitude
Customer Oriented
Fluent in English
Well groomed
Two years work experience
Ability to work under pressure and long hours
Knowledge in Apex and Plus point software will be an added advantage
