Position: Clerk (Enquiries)

Department: Finance
Division: Revenue Management
Salary: R190 416 – R261 216 per annum (plus benefits)

Core Responsibilities:

Attend to customer billing account enquiries to ensure all financial and clerical tasks are effectively executed to ensure alignment with the finance section
Address consumer account enquiries to render an effective customer enquiry function
Apply governance and risk management to ensure necessary compliance with related legislative requirements
Apply financial processes to comply with the MFMA
Maintain customer service orientation to ensure performance driven section and contribute to overall Departmental objective


Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
Computer literacy
1 years relevant financial experience
