TO DIRECTOR COMMUNITY SERVICES – INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
– PERMANENT POSITION
The Big 5 Hlabisa Local Municipality seeks to appoint suitable qualifed personnel to assist Council to achieve its vision and mission. > Matric/Grade 12 Certificate (NQF -L4);
> Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent qualification;
> Computer Literacy-MS Office;
> Minimum of 2 years Relevant Experience;
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Responsible to the Director Community Services areas: .
> Photocopying, typing and formatting documents/ confdential and routine reports and create presentations using word processing and related office applications.
> Preparing notifications, agendas and minutes for specific metings (Council/Executive Committee).
> Attending to the distribution and /or arranging for the collection of documentation prior to schedule meetings.
> Perusing Council, Committee Agenda and minutes of meetings and identifying and forwarding items requiring the attention of the Executive.
> Referencing source documentation, reports and /or instructions using alpha -numeric sequential code.
> Updating files inserting current and relevant information and seeking approval on the destruction of old or outdated correspondence documentation.
> Normal benefits applicable to Local Government such as Pension Fund, Medical Aid, Group Life Scheme and Home Owners Allowance.
