Purpose of Position:

To provide an effective and sufficient administrative support service to Regional Transport Manager and Supervisor.

Certificate: Office Administration, Grade 12, Valid South African drivers licence (Code EB)
Required Experience:

Administration related work experience in a transport environment, General administration experience, Knowledge: Basic Vehicle Maintenance, Knowledge: Meditech system, Knowledge: Transport related procedures and processes
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accreditation duties in order to ensure that standards are maintained, Monitor and evaluate the performance of the drivers and controllers to ensure that the client, Perform fleet related administrative tasks in order to ensure the effective functioning of systems and access to information, Train new employees to ensure competent staff
