Administrative Clerk


Job Description
Komkor Kitchens a Manufacturing company in Tzaneen Nkowankowa has a vacancy for an Administrative Clerk to be appointed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Reception duties
Ordering and managing office and PEE supplies.
Filling of documents
Capture and maintain records of timesheets
Update and maintain employee files
Update and manage employee leave.
Capturing Invoices
Assisting the General Manager with stock management.


Job Requirements
Requirements:
A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
A minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of IQ Retail and Pastel bookkeeping will be an advantage
