Job Advert SummaryAn opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Administration Clerk II to assist with the administration maintenance of technical equipment and to assist with some payments. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information.
Minimum Requirements• Grade 12 or equivalent • 2-3 Years experience in the administration field • General transport background highly advantageous • Experience or exposure to technical aspects in the Transport Environment would be an advantage • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Excellent communication skills • Excellent problem solving abilities • Able to work under pressure • Deadline orientated • Reliable and dependable • Must be proactive and able to use own initiative • Must have own transport
Duties & Responsibilities• Communicate with all levels of customer • Management & capture fuel transaction • Balance back all fuel on schedule and split to individual fleets on month end • Balance back all kilometres schedule and accrual schedules for month end • Requesting quotes • Raising Purchase Requests Uniflow & X3 • Processing creditors • Updating order registers • Capturing Sheet 9 • Standard bank toll cards and queries • Creditors queries • Creditors reconciliations against statements • Monthly accruals • Vehicle hire reports • Sub-contractor volume recons • Ordering of monthly consumables Stationery/Refreshments/Cleaning • Pre-printed stationery control • Archiving every 3 months • Hired vehicles fuel reports. • Check weekly labour broker hours • Updating daily reports for Flash • Maintaining for employee files • Sundry or adhoc admin duties that may be assigned.
