Requirements :

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualifications, computer literacy certificate. Good communication skills, Ability to analyze statistics, ability to work under pressure. 2 years Office Administration experience preference in Facilities Management. A valid driver’s license.

Duties :

  • Draw up annual plan for Facility Management. Ensure effective and efficient maintenance of buildings. Conduct site visit weekly. Report on infrastructure issues weekly. Ensure access to facilities. Operate within allocated budget. Adherence to policies and procedures. Advise Managers on infrastructure management matters. Secure all grounds men equipment. Support Occupational Health and safety at the work place. Weekly/Monthly reporting to your superior. Attend DID meetings. Monitor daily activities of grounds men and drafting weekly, monthly work schedules. Keep records of office activities. Ordering of equipment for grounds men. Provide administrative support in the area of facilities management. Support Ideal Clinic assessments. Log all defects according to procedure. Follow up DID on logged defects.

  • The completed and signed new z83 form should be accompanied by a recent updated CV as well as certified copies of all qualifications and ID document. No copies of certified copies allowed. Certification should not be more than 6 months old. Please ensure that the reference number is quoted correctly.
