Administration Clerk: Admissions (Patient Administration) (13 posts)

Appropriate patient Administration experience. Appropriate experience within a Hospital Environment.
Duties (Key Result Areas/Outputs):
Assessment of patients. Register patients on the Patient Administration System (Clinicom). Responsible for folder management. Maintain patient appointment system. Responsible for handling patient telephonic enquiries. Collection and collation of data for monitoring and evaluation. Collection of revenue.

Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
The ability to accept accountability and responsibility with good interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literate (Windows, Excel, Word, Clinicom).
R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
Starting Date:
Candidates may be subjected to a competency test. No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post.
