Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
Ability to prioritise work and be able to work under pressure. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer knowledge as well as excellent time management, attention to detail, administrative, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, resourcefulness within the scope of the Key Result Areas.
 
Experience:
Appropriate Administrative experience within a Support Services environment.
 
Duties (Key Result Areas/Outputs):
General office administration in terms of bookkeeping, filing, phototyping, printing thus providing efficient assistance and support to clients, personnel, management and supervisors. Have the capability and computer skills to process statistical data, audit reports, stock control, etc. Render administrative support to various sub-components within the Support Service department.

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (or equivalent).

Remuneration:
R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
