Requirements :
Grade 12 or Senior Certificate. Administration experience in the public service environment will be added advantage. Computer literacy. Good interpersonal relations, organizational ability and time management. Ability to handle confidential information. Sound verbal and written communication skills. Good telephone etiquette
Duties :
Perform a variety of routine clerical duties that are related to activities of rehabilitation department in the clinic. Man rehabilitation reception independently. Capture patient information electronically (HIS) and manually. Register patients, record and report statistics to clinic DHIS. Retrieve patient files as and when required. Management of ordering systems. Book and reschedule patients referred to rehabilitation department (in person and telephonically). Liaise with rehabilitation sub-district coordinators on receiving and ordering of equipment and consumables. Order consumables for department via regional stores. Manage consumable stock for the department. Assist in disposal and condemning of equipment. Assist in receiving equipment for rehabilitation and knowledge of procurement process
