CAMPUS MANAGER
SALARY NOTCH:
R510 219 (Permanent Persal Appointment)

REQUIREMENTS
• Matric, relevant Degree which must include Professional teaching
qualification
• Must have eight (8) years relevant teaching/training-related experience
with a minimum of three years’ experience at management level
• Advanced Computer skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the TVET sector and relevant legislations
• Excellent communication ,interpersonal skills and good conflict resolution
and negotiation skills
• Good planning, coordination, control, organizational, leadership and
management skills
• SACE certificate, a valid driver’s license is a MUST

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Campus Management systems and process by improving supervision and
controls
• Planning for good campus management by overseeing the entire campus
administration including HR functions, Finance, the Campus budget,
Supply Chain management and maintain a regularly updated asset register
of the campus.
• Managing and effective teaching and learning system by taking
responsibility and accountability for all internal and external examinations,
ensuring that examinations are administered in accordance with national
examination policy and procedure and make results available to students
timeously and in required format
• Implementing and managing good student support services by improving
bursary administration and ensuring academic support.
• Managing infrastructure, facilities and equipment


ACCOUNTING CLERK – FINANCE: ADMIN CENTRE
SALARY NOTCH:
R173 703 (Permanent College Appointment)

REQUIREMENTS
• Matric or equivalent qualification
• N6 or National Diploma in Financial Management
• Advanced Computer skills
• One year relevant working experience in a Finance environment
• Knowledge of Sage Pastel accounting system, Pastel payroll system and
ITS will be an added advantage


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Capturing of daily transactions on the accounting system
• Maintaining and managing of supporting documentation of all transactions
• Preparing daily reconciliations of petty cash, fuel account and all cash
related transactions
• Preparing of monthly bank and payroll reconciliations
• Prepare of invoices to suppliers within the legislated timeframes
• Payment of staff claims timeously
