Job Description 

Principal Clerk- ENER20560 – (20000091)Description 
Position: Principal Clerk   
Department: Energy
Division: Operations and Maintenance
Salary: R227 136 – R311 556 p.a. (Plus benefits) 

Core Responsibilities:Perform administrative office duties for the New Metering and Electrical installation section
Provide customers with administrative meter installation advice and handle first line queries
Schedule job cards for pre-payments, conventional, smart and AMR meters
Ensure that all applications are completed according to governance and quality
Provide finance with accurate documentation regarding meters installed/removed and other changes
Apply good work ethics and prevent financial losses  

Qualifications 

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12
Computer literacy 1 year experience in a similar environment
