REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree /National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human
Resource Management/ Public Management or equivalent qualification. A
minimum of 1-2 years working experience in Human Resource Management.
A Certificate in Persal Introduction Couse. Knowledge of operating PERSAL
System. Knowledge and understanding of Public Service Legislation,
Regulations and other Policies. Good organisational, coordination,
presentation and report writing. Communication skills, computer literacy,
analytical skills, interpersonal relations skills, have ability to work under
pressure, proactive, punctual and client oriented.
DUTIES : Implement establishment on PERSAL system and manually. Attend to
functions relevant to post establishment matters. Audit and reconcile
establishment records. Provide advice, guidance, information and statistics
relevant to post establishment matters.
