Administration Clerk: Human Resource Management

Experience:
Appropriate experience/competencies in Human Resources Management that focus on the Key Performance Areas (KPAs) of the post. Appropriate experience in Human Resource Management.
 
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of HRM Policies and Practices in the Public Service. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Note:
Only officials within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post.
 
Duties (Key Result Areas/Outputs):
Perform all PERSAL related duties e.g. appointments, services terminations, Salary Administration and Leave Administration. Pension Administration. Maintenance of registers, i.e. PILIR, RWOEE, Appointments and Service Terminations. Debt Management. Provide support to Supervisor. Filing.
 
Inherent Requirement Of The Job:
Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence.
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
