REQUIREMENTS : A Senior Certificate with Accounting and Mathematics as passed subjects.
Relevant experience and knowledge of filing and retrieving of documents
(Batch Control) as well as administrative experience will be an added
advantage. Computer literacy, especially on Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal
skills, attention to detail.
DUTIES : Maintain filing system. File and retrieve documents. Verify all processed
documents before filing. Keep records of all requested documents and make
follow up if not returned as agreed. Perform other duties as delegated by
supervisor. Attend to enquiries regarding documents handling.
