The Film and Publication Board (FPB) is a statutory body, with its main task
being the classification of films, videos, DVDs, computer games and certain
publications, including online content for their suitable age viewership. Our
mission is to “ensure effective child protection, empowerment of consumers
and a contribution to the economic growth of the industry through regulation of
media content “.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the following 36
month Fixed-Term Contract position in the Head office of FPB based in
Regional Administrator – R 254,437.00 CTC per annum (Patterson – B4)
The Regional Administrative Assistant (Gauteng-Centurion) will be
responsible to ensure administrative efficiency of the Centurion Regional
Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration
1 – 2 years’ experience as the Office Administrator
Experience in coordinate logistics for regional meetings including
coordinating regional travel and accommodation requirements in
accordance with procurement procedures for Compliance Officers,
Regional Coordinator and assistant Manager
Experience in generating monthly regional reports.
Experience in minutes taking of weekly and arranging monthly
Coordinate the courier services of requirements to all regional staff
Good problem-solving skills.
Good Communication Skills
Good Writing and Reporting Skills
Knowledge Proficiency on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS
PowerPoint) and Sage Pastel.
