National Credit Regulator – Junior Complaints Officer


Position: Junior Complaints Officer
Paterson Grade : B-Upper
Salary ranges from R 103 300 – R 185 900 maximum


Requirements:
ß The successful candidate must hold a relevant diploma/degree in legal, business
management or equivalent qualification, and at least 1 year experience in a similar position
within a commercial credit environment.


Duties:
ß Effectively evaluate complaints relating to allegations of non-compliance with the National Credit
Act.
ß Implementing an in-house complaints handling process in accordance with departmental policies
and procedures.
ß In evaluating complaints, provide and maintain a high level of quality work.
ß Report writing.
ß Establish and maintain good relations with internal and external key stakeholders.
ß Participating in team activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.


Knowledge:
ß National Credit Act.
ß Complaints resolution processes.


Skills:
ß Computer literacy.
ß Strong personal and professional ethics. Team player.
ß Excellent written and verbal communication skills, administrative skills.
ß Ability to work under immense pressure.
ß Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
ß Results driven. .
