Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Undergraduate Degree/ National Diploma in the related field will be an added advantage. Experience Asset Management is recommend and will be an added advantage. Computer skills, Word, Excel and Communication skills Batho-Pele Principles, Government Systems Knowledge of PFMA 

Duties
Receiving and tagging of incoming equipment assets. Barcoding of Physical. Receiving, and recording of Assets. Recording all monthly reconciliation files and disposal reports. Ensure that all signed inventory lists are handed to the custodians. Assist with the assessment and conditions of the assets. Data capturing of assets and inventory lists. Requesting Quarterly Reports from Health Institutions. Assist in follow- ups on urgent Audit Queries from institutions. Perform asset verification of the Provincial Department.
