Requirements Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification. Qualification that allows registration with SANC as Nursing Assistant. At least 1 years’ work experience in a heath sector environment. Computer literacy (MS word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) will be added advantage. The applicant must be able to work efficiently under pressure.Knowledge on customer care services and health promotion in the Health Sector environment will serve as an advantage

COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, health care users and givers. Problem solving skills, Good interpersonal relations, ability to work under pressure. Good verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and consult where necessary 

Duties
Provide health promotion activities which include: Health education about health condition, prevention and treatment. Provide training on Batho Pele principles, complaints and patients’ rights. Screening of patients in the queue/waiting areas. Daily monitoring of patient waiting time and collecting data manually. Conducting of Patient Experience of care surveys.

Queue management. Perform the customer care duties as delegated by the supervisor. Comply with all the relevant prescripts and regulations. Weekly collection of Daily opinion of care tools. Provide effective and efficient service to clients and their relatives.
