Well established East Rand (Gauteng) based firm looking for an Administrative Clerk to start immediately.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients and attending to queries
  • Prepare and distribute relevant documents
  • Follow up on outstanding queries with clients
  • Provide required information and documents to clients
  • Provide feedback to management on areas of improvement
  • Data capturing
  • Adhoc tasks

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Outlook

Requirements

  • Minimum two years general office administration experience
  • Professional communication skills
  • Fluent in English (speak, read, and write)
  • Driver’s license
  • Own transport
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a team
  • Advanced multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • Client service orientation
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Medical aid claims and debt administration background (Added advantage)

Remuneration
