OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR


PURPOSE OF THE JOB To prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.

To check data cards for accuracy.

To verify data and correct data where necessary.

To obtain further information for incomplete documents.

To update data and delete unnecessary files as per instructions.

Capture client information on relevant systems.

Capture enrollments on ICAS KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

1.Data Administration

2.Other Administration

3.Product and System knowledge

REQUIREMENTS

1.Matric and or Diploma in Sales and Marketing 
2.Minimum 1 year work experience in same of similar role.
3.Excellent computer literacy is essential especially in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
