Designation: Administrative Clerk, Verification Capturing and Distribution X 6
Salary Range: R14 240.70 pm (basic salary excluding benefits) Appointment
• Grade 12 / NQF level 4 is required.
• One (1) – two (2) years administrative experience.
• No criminal record.
Primary Function: Render administrative support to the Court Process Manager, Clerk of the Court, Prosecutors and Fine Administration. Verify and process court documents and records. Required to do all things reasonable and necessary to ensure compliance with effective court and case flow management.
Key Performance Areas: Execute procedures, systems and controls to specific work sequences associated with functionality. Perform all applicable / procedures associated with Court documentation and Case results. Execute all administrative activities and functions.
Leading Competencies: Collaborative/Teamwork & Accountability.
Core Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Office); Basic Typing skills and proficient in the English language.
