JOB PURPOSE
 To assist AgriSETA with related administrative duties
and file all incoming documents from various
departments
ROLE CONTEXT
 To provide administrative support for Human Resources
Department

ADMINISTRATION
Recruitment
 Assist with recruitment facilitation process(advertising)
 Assist in receiving applications and compiling gross lists.
 Assist HRBP in making logistical arrangements for
interviews and induction for new employees.
Training and Development
 Assist with coordination of the Personal Development
plans of employees and consolidation to an Annual PDP
of AgriSETA
 Assist with Preparations and Submission of all request
for training by other Division to SCM as specifications to
sources service providers
 Facilitate the application of bursaries
 Ensure that Institutions are paid for bursary applicants
on time.

Payroll Administration
 Assist new employees with ESS setup.
 Assist HRBP with monthly inputs preparation.
 Assist with Third party payment preparation.
Performance Management
 Update HR performance management register.
 Performance contracts twice a year for the HRBP to
consolidate for AgriSETA’s training plan.
Leave Management system
 Ensure complete capturing of leave by other divisions
on ESS
 Ensure monthly monitoring and reporting of Biometrics
are distributed to different division
General Administration
 Assist in preparation of meetings and documents as
when they are required.
 Assist with collection of HR information from different
departments
 Assist with health and safety duties e. monthly reports
and actions plans.
 Acting as Replacement /stand in/Relief at Reception
whenever required
 Distributing retirement fund statements and any other
documents to AgriSETA staff whenever required
 Booking of venues for meetings in consultation with
relevant HRBP
 Ordering stationery for HR staff
 Assist with Management of Employee Wellness
calender and information information distribution to
employees on wellness.
GENERAL
ADMINISTRATION
 Bind documentation for meetings
 Whenever required assist HR department with admin
tasks-photocopying, binding documents, filing and
recording CVs received before shortlisting
AD HOC  Any other duties which may be assigned from time to
time by Manager
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATION &
EXPERIENCE
 National Diploma/ NQF level 6 in Human Resources
Management
 1 year working experience required
