Currently looking for Junior Customer Service Consultants to joint our team in Kempton Park. Paid product and systems training provided (12 weeks) after which successful candidates will be employed on a permanent basis.
Working hours:
• Flexible rotational shifts including some weekends and some shifts outside of normal office hours
Salary:
• Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
Leave:
• 21 Days Paid annual leave
Requirements:
• Be in a possession of a tourism degree or a diploma
• Be a self-starter, self-motivated & goal orientated with the ability to complete work without direct supervision
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Be able to meet deadlines and adapt to a highly dynamic environment
• Be fully computer literate and have accurate typing skills
• Own transport. Due to hours worked, public transport is not available at times that shifts ends and starts
Key responsibilities:
• Assisting passengers / travel agents with and queries relating to their travel on various reservations systems and through different channels
• Processing pertinent information into relevant databases for new contacts and existing contacts on behalf of other team members
• Problem solving tasks during shift and escalating challenging problems to management
• Coordinating daily services to clients
• Daily consolidating of invoices of services rendered to clients
Language:
• English (Required)
• Spanish, German, Dutch and French an advantage
