Administrative Receptionist


Administrative Receptionist required in Kensington, Johannesburg. To start immediately

Requirements:

• 3-5 years reception & administrative experience in a corporate environment.
• Superior administration abilities
• Strong clerical and office management skills.
• High level presentation and organization abilities
• High level capability with MS Office applications, including Word, and
Outlook

Duties:

• Assist in performance of all administrative duties as assigned.
• Answer telephone calls and e-mails,
• Type correspondence and maintain appointment schedule.
• Perform data entry, computer reports and various other paperwork-related
clerical tasks.
• Provide front-desk support and other clerical assistance for reception as
required.

Salary dependant on experience
